Metrocare offers crisis services for individuals experiencing urgent mental health challenges. Our trained professionals provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care to help individuals stay safe and receive the support they need.

Peer Support Line

For non-emergency emotional support from someone with lived recovery experiences. Seek help before the crisis and talk to someone who has been there!

Monday to Friday : 7AM – 12AM

Extended Hours

For adults needing immediate care, Metrocare now offers extended hours at the Hillside Adult Clinic until 10:00PM on weekdays. Pharmacy services are offered at extended hours on weekends only. Individuals can call to schedule or present to the clinic for services. Call ahead to ensure availability.

Monday to Friday : 5PM – 10PM
Saturday & Sunday : 8AM – 2PM

Mobile Crisis Outreach Team

Metrocare has a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team that can be deployed to address an emergent mental health crisis in the community, based on the individual circumstance and level of urgency. Please call the Metrocare 24/7 hotline if in need of assistance.
