What is MAT?
An outpatient program with a powerful combination of group and individual counseling coupled with monitored medication services for up to 1 year. The recovery plan is designed to the needs of the individual with flexible opportunities for group meetings – morning, afternoon, and evening.

Anyone who desires holistic treatment for opioid use, insured or uninsured.

At intake, please bring the following documents:
- Photo ID
- Proof of Income (Two Recent Check Stubs)
- Proof of Residents
- Insurance (If Applicable)
