AI-Assisted Review and Candidate Evaluation
AI tools help our recruiting team and hiring managers review candidate information and identify job-related qualifications. In some cases, technology may assist with scoring or ranking candidates based on job-related criteria. These tools are designed to support human decision-making only. Scores or rankings are never the sole basis for hiring decisions, every candidate is reviewed by a person.
Candidate Matching (“Fetching”)
We also use automated tools to surface potential candidates from our applicant tracking system based on job-related criteria. This process helps recruiters efficiently review candidates but does not automatically disqualify or select applicants. Every candidate is reviewed by a human as part of the hiring process.
Responsible AI and Bias Mitigation
We follow industry best practices to ensure our technology is used responsibly. This includes regular monitoring, bias mitigation strategies, and compliance with applicable laws to promote fairness and transparency throughout the hiring process.
