Jennifer C. Farmer, Ph.D.
Dr. Jennifer C. Farmer serves on the Metrocare Board to strengthen access to mental health and developmental disability supports for individuals and families. She is dedicated to advancing systems that reduce barriers and promote stability, dignity, and opportunity throughout the community.
Dr. Farmer is the Executive Director of Special Education and 504 at ResponsiveEd. Her leadership experience in education and student services informs her approach to building inclusive, supportive systems that meet the needs of diverse populations.
