Crystal Garland serves on the Metrocare Board driven by a deep passion for advocating for individuals with mental health challenges and intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is dedicated to ensuring access to compassionate, high-quality care and advancing systems that improve dignity and outcomes for those served.

Crystal is a Program Manager for the Pretrial Diversion Program at Dallas County. She brings extensive experience in delivering client-centered mental health services, leading programs, and building strong community partnerships—particularly within the forensic mental health space. Her work supports coordinated, system-wide approaches that strengthen care continuity.
