Heather Kitzman, Ph.D. serves on the Metrocare Board with a passion for ensuring all individuals have access to behavioral health services. She is committed to advancing initiatives that expand care and address gaps for underserved populations.

Dr. Kitzman is the Vice President and Chief Research Officer at Parkland Health. Her expertise spans research, mental health, and care for uninsured populations, bringing a data-driven and equity-focused lens to her work on the Board.
