Board of Trustees

Ryan J. Garcia serves on the Metrocare Board of Trustees with a commitment to helping Dallas County’s most vulnerable residents access the services they need to thrive. He is especially passionate about expanding access to stable, supportive housing and strengthening systems that improve quality of life for individuals and families across the community.

Ryan is a Development Manager at JES Holdings, LLC, where he brings significant experience in affordable housing and real estate development. His background includes work with complex financing structures such as bond issuances, equipping him with the expertise to support Metrocare’s ongoing efforts to enhance and grow its housing portfolio.
