During the initial phase of IOP treatment, individual sessions are twice per month for the first three months. Community recover/support group participation during this phase is crucial in building natural supports. SOP services are three times per week, totaling six hours per week for up to four months. Individual sessions are offered based on clinical need with an emphasis of transitioning support to natural supports in the community by the completion of treatment.
Eligibility
To be eligible for IOP/SOP services, the individual must complete a chemical dependency assessment and meet the criteria for substance abuse as defined by the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). All individuals will also complete a financial assessment to determine payer source.
