The Metrocare Plan is an abbreviated set of services offered to patients who do not qualify for public assistance and pay out-of-pocket for their own care. This plan is available for children and adults at The Pathways Center.

3-part plan with affordable rates.

1.  Initial evaluation ($100)

2.  Follow-up appointments ($50)

3.  Generic medications (starting at $4 for a 30 day supply)

Metrocare accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Depending on your medication, there may be additional lab charges. Be sure to request The Metrocare Plan when making your appointment.
