Those Served by TFC:

• Males and females between birth and 17 years of age from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds
• Youth with special needs whose biological families are unwilling or unable to care for them in their own homes
• Youth with special needs which cannot be adequately addressed in traditional foster care
• Juvenile offenders.
