PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Support third-party software application (PsychConsult by Askesis Development Group) using SQL Server, PowerBuilder, and Crystal Reports
- Recognize, analyze, provide solutions and support to applications, business processes and user concerns
- Review, analyze, create, modify, test, and debug programming system for organization’s system applications
- Consult with business users to identify current needs and clarify program objectives
- Compose documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections
- Compose manuals for users to describe new and/or modified functionality and features
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or 2+ years experience in related field
- 2-4 years experience in SQL Server (Proficient with stored procedures, T-SQL, triggers, etc.)
- 1+ years experience in PowerBuilder
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to understand distinct complex processes, programs, and systems
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and assist in carrying out department’s strategic goals
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, follow team processes and procedures and participate in enhancing team development
A plus:
- Working knowledge of PsychConsult
- Working knowledge of Crystal Reports
- Working knowledge of Oracle
- Ability to understand the clinical process and consumer populations in a behavioral healthcare environment

PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Network Systems Professional will provide primary support for the company Citrix farm. Will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the agency Citrix environment. Will also be responsible for testing and integrating required applications into the Citrix environment, as well as troubleshooting application and printing issues that arise. Secondarily, this employee will provide some support for other systems including the Legato Backup system, Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory, and a small SAN.
