Mr. Jeffery is currently the Director of Special Programs at Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) of Texas where he coordinates community projects involving BCBS of Texas and other organizations. He also serves as Executive Director of the Caring for Children Foundation which provides preventative health care to uninsured and underserved children in Texas. Mr. Jeffery is very active with the Richardson Rotary, Richardson Chamber of Commerce, and his church, Town North Presbyterian Church in Richardson.
